Jack in the Box® Launches Donation Drives

Benefitting The Salvation Army and Operation Homefront

 

Austin, Waco, Killeen, Bryan, College Station, Tyler and Temple, Texas, November 4, 2013 — At a time when most folks start planning for their families’ Thanksgiving celebrations, local Jack in the Box® restaurants are launching Jack’s Giving Donation Drive, to make sure those in need can also celebrate Thanksgiving Day.

From November 4 – 25, Jack in the Box restaurants in Austin, Waco, Bryan, College Station, Tyler and Temple will collect $1 and $5 donations on behalf of The Salvation Army organizations in those communities while the Jack in the Box restaurant in Killeen will collect donations on behalf of Operation Homefront at Fort Hood. As a thank you for their contribution, Jack in the Box will provide discount offers, varying depending on the market, for guests to use on their next visit to the restaurants.

Operation Homefront assists military families during difficult financial times by providing food assistance, auto and home repair, vision care, travel and transportation, moving assistance, essential home items and financial assistance.
